dropped deprecated gethostbyname check

Done to avoid the rpmlint warning:
hyprland.x86_64: W: binary-or-shlib-calls-gethostbyname /usr/bin/hyprctl
The binary calls gethostbyname. Please port the code to use getaddrinfo.
